ALL-PRO PHYSICAL THERAPY CLINICS
COVID-19 Policy Information
Patients’ & Staff Members’ Health & Safety Is A Top Priority
All-Pro Physical Therapy is open and working diligently to ensure that we can continue to care for our patients in need of physical therapy services, while also implementing policies and procedures to keep you and our team members safe.
All-Pro Physical Therapy follows all Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines, continually consults with medical authorities and peer organizations around the country and adopts recommended protocols as appropriate. We want to take the opportunity to share more details about the comprehensive measures our clinics have implemented while we remain open.
Screening Procedures
Every patient will be asked screening questions to determine: (i) if you have symptoms of fever, cough or shortness of breath; (ii) if you have traveled to countries in the past 14 days that have a level 3 travel warning (per the CDC)* and/or have been on a cruise, or; (iii) if you have had close contact with a person confirmed to have the COVID-19 coronavirus. If the answer is yes to any of the questions, our staff will work to reschedule their appointment. The CDC has also identified certain populations that are higher risk for serious illness from COVID-19. For example, we have special procedures in place for older adults and those with serious chronic medical conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, or lung disease. If patients have any doubts about whether they should attend a scheduled appointment, please call the clinic before arriving for their visit.
Protecting Patients in the Clinic
More frequent cleaning with CDC-approved cleaning agents is our top priority. We continue to emphasize and commit to the importance of keeping facilities sanitized. Our employees are diligently practicing good hand hygiene and we are continuing to stock our facilities with supplies in order to meet this expectation.
Unlike most facilities, All-Pro Physical Therapy has private patient treatment rooms which enables us to provide another layer of protection by keeping patients separated from other clients.
Our Commitment to You
Additional measures may be necessary to protect your health in our clinics. If so, we will update our practices and policies immediately. With this shared commitment, we are confident we can continue delivering the same high level of care you’ve come to expect from us.
